Graphic mode' lnão aparece mais nada na tela e tornando-se necessário o desligamento forçado. Testei também com o YUMI, mas se quer foi reconhecido e mesmo estando em primeiro na prioridade de boot. Mais informações: IdeaPad 3 15ALC6 (AMD Ryzen 5 5500U) UEFI, TPM 2.0, Boot seguro ativado e Inicialização rápida desativada.

Добрый день! При загрузке Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 отсутствует сетевое подключение. Настройка через менеджер сетей ничего не дала. Подключение идет через роутер по витой паре.

Windows 11, 23H2 (сборка 22631.3296) Версия антивируса Касперского 21.16.6.467 (Kaspersky Free) При полной проверке постоянно застывает на ~3600 проверенных файлах. Постоянно так, не получается полностью проверить ПК. iCheker, и др. включено, накопители в идеальном состоянии без каких либо ошибок. Если загрузиться через Kaspersky rescue disk - без проблем проверяет ПК. Прошу помочь.

Здравствуйте, уважаемые форумчане и ЛК! Столкнулся с такой же проблемой, как и у многих форумчан (черный экран при загрузке KRD),которая здесь уже в отдельных темах присутствует, НО плюс к этому мне еще и не собрать информацию об оборудовании. При попытки собрать и записать информацию на флешку по вот этой, всем известной инструкции: При загрузке Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 не работает графический режим также выводится черный экран. Думаю, что эта ситуация может иметь право на отдельную заведенную тему, так как такой ошибки я на форуме еще не встречал. Ни запускается KRD, ни собирается информация об оборудовании. Буду благодарен за помощь

my bootable flash drive is fine, I have no problem booting and getting into the tool the problem is that I cannot update the database I tried everything. I don't use WIFI my PC is connected by cable and I read that is supposed to detect my network automatically. I'll attach a screenshot later

Мне нужно было проверить систему, на которой не было антивирусов. Воспользовался Касперским Rescue Disk 18. Не смог найти команды в терминале для отмены шифрования отчётов и выбрать другие параметры проверки. В сети есть настройки более старых версий данного продукта. На новом не смог их активировать, то есть создать открытые отчёты, что бы можно было их скопировать и посмотреть потом, а не в интерфейсе программы сразу после проверки. Так же есть задача проверить компьютер без лечения для оценки и выбора последующих действий. Прошу уточнить, где в базе данных можно посмотреть способ получить доступ ко всем настройкам Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18. В случае отсутствия данной информации в базе данных Касперского, прошу сообщить их в ответе по этой теме.

I have a Kaspersky Rescue Disk that I created at the beginning of 2023 on a USB flash drive. Today (12-7-2023) I booted my Windows 11 PC from the flash drive to update the virus definitions. I got as far as the opening menu, where you select graphical mode, not graphical mode, hardware info, etc. No matter what I chose, my screen went blank and became unresponsive, and I had to restart my computer. I came to this forum to see if anyone else had this experience, and was surprised to see no mention of the rescue disk - see the attachment. Thus my question: Is the Kaspersky Rescue Disk no longer supported?

Open the power shell with administrator mode. Put "C:/shutdown /s /t 0" Restart and boot your usb bootable Select graphic mode .... Profit!!

Command prompt says "NetworkManager downloaded but inactive". Normally it was supposed to be connect automatically on ethernet. But i couldn't connect automatically. I installed Kaspersky Antivirus and my mouse and keyboard stopped working after restarting. I am trying to fix the problem using Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 but it only shows a black screen after choosing “Graphic Mode” or “Limited Graphic Mode”. I have an Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 graphics card. I tried to use this topic as a solution, however the link sent for KRD 2024 beta did not work. I can’t use my keyboard or mouse, I cannot run KRD since it gives me a black screen, and I can’t find recovery mode either. My PC is basically useless. Please help

This is what I have been trying to get help from, however when I try to use the Kaspersky Rescue Disk, my PC is stuck on a black screen after I choose “graphic mode” for it. And I can’t figure out how to use the other two options. Could not find a way to do recovery boot on Windows 11. And could not find an option for it on my biOS either.

Hello I have an issue on my laptop when trying to run the kaspersky secure disk from flash drive ,I get to the first menu as from the picture i attached ,when choosing any of the 3 options,let's say graphic mode ,the screen go black but nothing happens I have waited for along time its stay black and not running ,on my main pc it works fine but on my laptop its not ,i disabled secure boot for checking and it didn't helped ,also my drives are having encryption by bitlocker is it related ? Please help, ive seen alot of people having this issue but nobody got a solution ,one guy said to use tool from 2015 but its outdated i want to use kaspersky Rescue Disk ,please support thank u Edit: also there is a beta version maybe with fixes ? I would like to try but didn't found it

Hi, when I start Kaspersky Rescue Disk and select GRAPICH MODE I get a totally black screen. I can't scan, much less the other functions don't work, always a black screen as I continue. I can only scan from Windows. Depends on what?

Hello, a got a issue whit the Karpersky rescue disk, when im in the interfeace of the KRD, i select the option "graphic mode" to continue whit the recue process and nothing hapen, just a black screen. I read in this forum a similar issue and read that maybe it is an incompatibility whit my Pc, so i tryed to follow the steps about the "Hardware info", but even when i select the option "Hardware info" still continue to a Blackscreen. I called to Costumer service and they just could provide me the same topicforum i read before and nothing else. I dont know what to do now. My pc model is : Asus Tuf A15 (windows 11)

Во-первых, у вас очень старый AVZ. Скачайте хотя бы отсюда. Во-вторых, зачем вам AVZ? Это вообще-то не антивирусный сканер, это специализированная утилита. Вы умеете ей пользоваться? Возможно системы заражены. Проверьте для начала с помощью KVRT или Kaspersky Rescue Disk

Windows Defender keeps warning me about this daily. It refers to a folder in Downloads that I deleted when I first saw the messg. I also wiped free space and emptied the Recycle Bin on the drive. Still WD warns me about Jaik. I ran a full scan with a new updated Kaspersky Rescue Disk (and also Avira). It found other threats but no Jaik? Can I assume it is a false positive?

Hello. Are you using Kaspersky Rescue Disk 2024 ? This is a beta version, database updates have not yet been implemented.
