Hola, Puede ser que queden restos de Mcafee. o que tengas algún regalito. Utiliza el Kaspersky Rescue Disk para realizar un análisis de tu equipo. https://www.kaspersky.es/downloads/free-rescue-disk Pega captura de pantalla de los resultados, si no te detecta nada, revisa en el registro de windows para ver si quedan restos de Mcafee, en su página web seguramente tendrás alguna utilidad para eliminar los restos del producto que hayas tenido. Tienes disponible la versión 21.18: Saludos

Hi Forum Users 😊 I Download the NEWEST Kaspersky Rescue Disk Yesterday burned it to a CD in my external CD Drive for my Laptop. The Problem is when i let it load all the files and go into Rescue Mode the anti Virus scanning Tool is stuck At "initializing" 75% i dont know. my PC is NOT Infected but i just want the ant virus scanning tool to initialize 100% i wait 30 Minutes its stuck. theres nothing wrong with my HP) OMEN 15 Gaming Laptop.

Hello there, trying to run Kaspersky Rescue disk after the computer has been compromised. Following the instructions first it appear message saying the "The product folder is in the RAM and all the information will be lost after the reboot of the device". Then I am ending up in both Graphic mode and Limited graphic mode to the same error. "Can't initialize services" With second user windows showing progress of the initialization 50% with green bar filled half through. And only option is to just close the dialog box without initialization to be completed. I have enabled the trace, but I can't locate the log files, that lead me to a thought they are also just in the RAM and after reboot are disappearing. I do need some help resolving this as I want to scan the PC with the tool provided. Thanks In advance Djidjo Djanev

Windows 11, 23H2 (сборка 22631.3296) Версия антивируса Касперского 21.16.6.467 (Kaspersky Free) При полной проверке постоянно застывает на ~3600 проверенных файлах. Постоянно так, не получается полностью проверить ПК. iCheker, и др. включено, накопители в идеальном состоянии без каких либо ошибок. Если загрузиться через Kaspersky rescue disk - без проблем проверяет ПК. Прошу помочь.

I installed Kaspersky Antivirus and my mouse and keyboard stopped working after restarting. I am trying to fix the problem using Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 but it only shows a black screen after choosing “Graphic Mode” or “Limited Graphic Mode”. I have an Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 graphics card. I tried to use this topic as a solution, however the link sent for KRD 2024 beta did not work. I can’t use my keyboard or mouse, I cannot run KRD since it gives me a black screen, and I can’t find recovery mode either. My PC is basically useless. Please help

Hello, Thank you for your reply. This is what I have been trying to get help from, however when I try to use the Kaspersky Rescue Disk, my PC is stuck on a black screen after I choose “graphic mode” for it. And I can’t figure out how to use the other two options. Could not find a way to do recovery boot on Windows 11. And could not find an option for it on my biOS either. -

Во-первых, у вас очень старый AVZ. Скачайте хотя бы отсюда. Во-вторых, зачем вам AVZ? Это вообще-то не антивирусный сканер, это специализированная утилита. Вы умеете ей пользоваться? Возможно системы заражены. Проверьте для начала с помощью KVRT или Kaspersky Rescue Disk -
Windows Defender keeps warning me about this daily. It refers to a folder in Downloads that I deleted when I first saw the messg. I also wiped free space and emptied the Recycle Bin on the drive. Still WD warns me about Jaik. I ran a full scan with a new updated Kaspersky Rescue Disk (and also Avira). It found other threats but no Jaik? Can I assume it is a false positive?

После удаления KSOS утилитой "kavremvr", перестали работать клавиатура,мышь и сеть. Клавиатуру и мышь удалось восстановить с помощью правки реестра (ветки Клавиатура: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}UpperFilters=kbdclass Мышь: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}UpperFilters=mouclass) (хотя Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 в реестре никаких ошибок не находил) Подключение по локальной сети не работает. (сетевой кабель не подключен). Кабель точно рабочий проверил на соседнем компьютере. Переустановка драйвера не помогает.

Hello I have an issue on my laptop when trying to run the kaspersky secure disk from flash drive ,I get to the first menu as from the picture i attached ,when choosing any of the 3 options,let's say graphic mode ,the screen go black but nothing happens I have waited for along time its stay black and not running ,on my main pc it works fine but on my laptop its not ,i disabled secure boot for checking and it didn't helped ,also my drives are having encryption by bitlocker is it related ? Please help, ive seen alot of people having this issue but nobody got a solution ,one guy said to use tool from 2015 but its outdated i want to use kaspersky Rescue Disk ,please support thank u Edit: also there is a beta version maybe with fixes ? I would like to try but didn't found it

@mrkerzak, на тему проблем с USB в следующий раз попробуйте воспользоваться утилитой USB Recover в Kaspersky Rescue Disk https://support.kaspersky.ru/14221 @MaximGusev, для Агента 14.2 если в инфраструктуре есть Win7, WS2008/R2, то убедитесь в наличии KB3063858, указано в https://support.kaspersky.ru/ksc/14.2/255797 SCCM хорошо применять если присутствуют устройства без прямой видимости со стороны KSC, не в домене. В случаях когда они отвалились от управления KSC, чтобы была возможность восстановить подключение. KES'а я бы не стал устанавливать через SCCM, только Агента KSC. Используйте выборки на установки и теги для нацеливания. -

Hello, Kaspersky Rescue Disk is still supported, usable and you can ask any question related to it in here, and we'll try to help you. Had it not been supported anymore, it would not appear in Kaspersky's interface: Did you format the Kaspersky Rescue Disk flash drive as MBR/BIOS, with FAT32, as recommended by Kaspersky? Is there a reason why you are trying to update the definitions from the flash drive? Is the Kaspersky application not functioning as intended? -
I have a Kaspersky Rescue Disk that I created at the beginning of 2023 on a USB flash drive. Today (12-7-2023) I booted my Windows 11 PC from the flash drive to update the virus definitions. I got as far as the opening menu, where you select graphical mode, not graphical mode, hardware info, etc. No matter what I chose, my screen went blank and became unresponsive, and I had to restart my computer. I came to this forum to see if anyone else had this experience, and was surprised to see no mention of the rescue disk - see the attachment. Thus my question: Is the Kaspersky Rescue Disk no longer supported?
