marat posted a topic in Kaspersky Secure ConnectionДобрый день, столкнулся с проблемой настройки Kaspersky Secure Connection на роутерах Keenetic при помощи клиента OpenVPN. Выполнил все согласно инструкций с сайта Kaspersky и Keneetic, проблема возникает в том что соединение на роутере через VPN устанавливается, но после подключения ни открывается ни одна страница в интернете, перелазил форумы ни где нет так таковых примеров и решения проблем по доступу в интернет через Kaspersky VPN на роутерах Keenetic. -

Solution There are multiple ways to avoid it: create a proper DNS records for the mentioned domain on the DNS server that is used by KSMG configure to use a different DNS server that has proper records just disable this check in Settings -> MTA -> Advanced Settings -> Reject messages for unknown recipient domains When that check is enable, requests are rejected, when the RCPT TO domain has no DNS MX and no DNS A record a malformed MX record (a record with a zero-length MX hostname) -

Версия ОС: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 19045 Версия приложения KSC: 21.17.7.539 (b) Буквально сегодня куплено (на один месяц) и установлено. Комп перезагружен разок на всякий. Настройки касперского: ВПН соединения для избранных приложений: вариант конфигурации где для указанных он ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТСЯ (тоесть для неуказанных - нет) и выбран один (из четырёх установленных браузеров) и больше нигде ничего не тыкалось. Визуально всё работает - 2ip в избранном браузере показывает вымышленный ip, 2ip в остальных браузерах показывает реальный. Проблема: В избранном браузере не могу зайти в админку роутера как с других; а так же, что очень важно - не запускаются приложения создающие на локалхосте на определённом порте свой сервис - нода тора, инстансы stablediffusion: automatic1111 и confyUI Тоесть я не просто не могу подключиться по адресу вида localhost:порт и 127.0.0.1:порт С ЛЮБОГО браузера пока активна защита (казалось бы только на избранном), но что то мешает приложению создать веб-сервер на этом локалхосте. Как только отключаю фильрацию - всё начинает работать вновь. Сталкивались? Лечится? Благодарю заранее. Не хотелось бы отказываться от сервиса - задачи ради которых приобреталась подписка решаются вроде вполне успешно. -

Перезагрузился уже несколько раз, не помогло. Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 19045 21.21.7.384-1 (a)

Итак приобретаться будет на учетную запись, в которой активен Kaspersky Premium на 10 устройств, но Kaspersky Secure Connection нужно установить только на 2 из них, так нужно установить Kaspersky Secure Connection на 1 смартфон на Андроид на котором активен Kaspersky Premium но на другую учетную запись и еще на 1 смартфон на Андроид в котором вообще нет активных подписок Kaspersky, там нужен только Kaspersky Secure Connection. Возможно ли такое подключение? -

You can see from the 2 screenshots, my mouse cursor was positioned at Number 0, but it counts as Number9. I have been using Kaspersky for many years, and I use On-screen Keyboard for many years, this bug never happened to me before.

ramjam posted a topic in Kaspersky Total Securitywindows 8.1 Kaspersy total security 21.3.10.391 (h) device used: Laptop. until a couple of weeks ago my virtual keyboard worked fine. now when I use it, it will not close down, it will only close when I shut down safe banking completely. I have tried using it in other browsers, firefox, chrome, brave, duckduckgo but that makes no difference. It is very annoying as it blocks the page I'm using when doing my banking. -

Does restoring all Kaspersky settings to default/factory settings have any bad effect on the system? For example, what happens to applications that you put into high restricted category? Also applications that you deny the internet access? And what would happen to quarantined items? Will restoring Kaspersky application settings to default values after you have so many programs (Let's say some of them not exactly trusted) running on the computer make the antivirus less effective at handling those apps after the program reset? Will there be any potential risks for doing this? Thank you. -

Whenever I am in the securebrowser, I cannot load the webpage of lets say a banking account. I than tried closing of VPN and on again it works. However I am not sure if the connection is than secure, seeying it can already have been trespassed than, whereas he is still on me while I turn VPN on again. Turning off VPN is ofcourse not great... MrInfro posted a topic in Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, PremiumHello, for few months now I have been encountering really annoying situation which I have managed to track down to interactions between Kaspersky and Opera/ Opera GX The situation manifests in two ways. First, quite bothersome: If webpage has search bar to search something in site, it will take AGES to show the result (for reference, using Firefox doesn't have this issue) all the while Network console gets spammed by from?get&nocache records for several seconds to in worse case up to few minutes. Second, less bothersome: youtube. Usually, it will take either several minutes or several page refreshes/or application restarts to get the page to load. I have contacted the Opera developers and we did several troubleshooting steps, but with other users, we have pinpointed the one common thing to using Kaspersky product. If I disable the protection, the issue goes away. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Thank you

nikim posted a topic in Kaspersky Freeafter uninstalling your product none of the drivers for firmware or input devices are working. OS is windows 11 23h2 apparently this is a KNOWN ISSUE with no real solution. Why don't you warn users before uninstalling that there will problems? it seems the only good is to reinstall the product but the only way to do that is to buy a new product key. it's that how this company keeps customers? bricking their computers so that they have no choice but to buy? restoration to factory settings is not a solution. it's a punishment for using this terrible product -

Now whenever I'm ingame the macro does not work anymore, I've created exceptions for Logitech-GHUB and the game (Tarkov), but still the macro won't work. :(
