Здравствуйте. Когда заработает Kaspersky Secure Connection и заработает ли вообще? Будут ли возвращены средства или сделан перерасчет по периоду, в котором были отключены или ограничены оплаченные функции?

When I log in to My Kaspersky, the computer icon turns orange instead of green. This is due to the following notification: "To improve your protection, use a PC that supports hardware virtualization." Virtualization is enabled in the BIOS and shows as enabled in Task Manager under the CPU tab. Even when I select "Ignore," the problem persists. I'm not sure what the issue could be.

How much longer is the service going to be unavailable? It's been nearly 48 hours now with absolutely no support update apart from the usual "our team is working to restore service as a priority and we apologise". If we take into account the full day of lost service earlier in the week, that's THREE FULL DAYS so far with no service and no proper update as to what has happened and when it will be fixed. I don't wish to sound rude, but we are paying for this service, and the total lack of any useful, helpful updates is simply not good enough. I went onto the Kaspersky live chat support last night, it said "wait time 6 minutes". Once I'd input a load of details including name, email, licence key etc etc, it then said "Connected.. wait time 29 minutes.." I waited over 15 minutes with no reply, before a bot message appeared saying "this chat has ended". Again, this is not good enough for paying customers.

Hi folks Got an issue with safe kids currently. A few days back, we lost the ability to log in to the parental app; it just wouldn't sign in and a cicle kept spinning without end - wouldn't connect via wifi or cell network so not an issue with my network. The app login has started working again but right now, age based monitoring and control has been re-enabled on both my kids accounts and I can't disable it. I can slide the toggle to off but exiting and reloading the app or web version shows it enabled again... consequence is games and apps that could be used, can't now but this is compounded by an issue that manually adding an app or game to the approved list refuses to work either and so any app that doesn't meet the current age of the child is not allowed no matter what you do. Is this a known issue, has there been a backend issue with Kaspersky? I can collect logs on an affected machine once my kids allow me to get in to the settings! Thanks

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Did You click in Ignore in My Kaspersky site or directly in Your K. product? Even having the Virtualization support in BIOS, if You are using Windows 11 with Core Isolation options enabled, as it can't be 2 Hypervisors enabled in the system, You should to disable the W11 Hypervisor to let Kaspersky one working. In my case, I prefer to keep those W11 Core Isolation options enabled, since They give You wider protection in the system, Kaspersky Virtualization only works for Safe Money sessions.

I wanted to document an edge case I encountered in February 2025 that ultimately took many months to fully diagnose. I hope this helps Kaspersky support or anyone experiencing similar symptoms. Summary of the problem It started on a physical Windows 7 Professional x64 workstation. The workstation contains critical old software I still use. After performing, using a physical genuine Windows 7 DVD, an in-place repair installation (installing Windows 7 over an existing Windows 7 installation), Windows booted successfully, but the keyboard and mouse no longer functioned. No mouse and no keyboard actions were possible. I could not get past the screen that required entering the product key. I tried multiple physical (used and band new) USB keyboards and mice. They did not work. After exhausting all options I could think of, I concluded the PC hardware – 17 years old – has become faulty. Because I could not restore normal operation on the physical machine, I eventually converted the installation to a Hyper-V VHDX in an attempt to continue troubleshooting. The same keyboard and mouse problem remained in the virtual machine. Sequence of events The sequence was approximately: Existing Windows 7 Professional x64 installation with Kaspersky installed. Windows began reporting filesystem problems during integrity checks (chkdsk reported errors that could not be permanently resolved, among other problems). The system was also experiencing NVIDIA graphics driver issues. To repair both the Windows installation and the driver problems, I performed an in-place repair installation. After the repair, Windows booted, but the keyboard and mouse no longer functioned. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to repair the physical installation, I created a VHDX using Disk2VHD and migrated the system into Hyper-V. After resolving the some storage-controller boot issues in Hyper-V, the exact same problem was still present. This eventually led to examining the keyboard class driver stack in the offline registry. During investigation I loaded the offline SYSTEM hive and examined: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} The UpperFilters value contained: kbdclass 0klmouflt.k4w-21-19 The same filter was also present in the fallback ControlSet. Probable root cause Windows repair installation left the Kaspersky keyboard filter registered in the keyboard device stack while something about the filter installation itself was no longer valid. Windows continued attempting to load the filter during keyboard initialization, resulting in the loss of keyboard and mouse. Solution A. Keyboard recovery — offline registry repair 1. Load the Windows SYSTEM hive Identify the Windows installation drive. In my case it was D:. reg load HKLM\TEMP D:\Windows\System32\Config\SYSTEM 2. Check the keyboard class driver's UpperFilters reg query "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters Value: kbdclass 0klmouflt.k4w-21-19 The second entry was the Kaspersky keyboard filter. 3. Remove the existing UpperFilters value reg delete "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /f Check the fallback ControlSet and removed its UpperFilters value if it contained the Kaspersky filter: reg delete "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet002\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /f 4. Recreate UpperFilters with only kbdclass For ControlSet001: reg add "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d kbdclass /f For ControlSet002, if applicable: reg add "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet002\Control\Class\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d kbdclass /f 5. Unload the SYSTEM hive reg unload HKLM\TEMP Reboot Windows. Result: The keyboard began working normally. B. Mouse recovery — offline registry repair Similar approach. reg load HKLM\TEMP D:\Windows\System32\Config\SYSTEM reg query "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters Value: mouclass 0klmouflt.k4w-21-19 reg delete "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /f reg delete "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet002\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /f For ControlSet001: reg add "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d mouclass /f For ControlSet002, if applicable: reg add "HKLM\TEMP\ControlSet002\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" /v UpperFilters /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d mouclass /f reg unload HKLM\TEMP Rreboot Windows. Result: The mouse function was restored. C. Physical-machine recovery I’d imagine the same approach would work on the physical machine. For now, I’m going to stick to the VM, and repurpose the PC for something else. If anyone from Kaspersky has seen this behavior after an in-place Windows repair installation, I would be interested in knowing whether this is a known issue with the keyboard filter driver or whether there is an official recovery procedure.

We do not recommend using a virtual sandbox. For large installations, we recommend using only a physical Sandbox, as the performance of virtual ones is several times lower than physical ones. For maximum productivity and stable operation, physical ones must be used to avoid virtualization processing overhead and reduce maintenance due to the small number of sandboxes. Instead of 1 physical sandbox, 6 to 8 virtual ones may be required. As stressed in the product documentation, Sandbox, which is deployed as a Virtual Machine, should have an exact sizing, violation of which may lead to various issues. The only parameter that can be varied is a CPU clock rate. Common mistake The most notable mistake regarding scaling up VM sandboxes is an attempt to make one huge Sandbox VM with two to four times the required RAM/CPU as dedicated resources. Correct approach is to create a respective number of additional VMs and distribute these resources between them. For example, if you want to double the performance of a KATA Sandbox VM instead of adding 15 more CPU cores and 32 more gigabytes of RAM to an existing Sandbox, you need to deploy a new Sandbox VM with the following resources: CPU: 15 cores, 2.1 GHz or higher RAM: 32 GB HDD volume: 300 GB Two network adapters with 1 Gbit/s data transfer rate Virtual machine settings: Only VMware ESXi hypervisor is fully supported. Nested virtualization is enabled Supported VMware ESXi versions 6.5, 6.7U3 or 7.0 hypervisor. Entire CPU clock rate reserved. For a minimum CPU clock this means 12*2100=25200 MHz reserved. For a clock rate higher than 2.21Hz, use the following formula to calculate the entire CPU clock rate: 12 * <clock rate in MHz>. Entire RAM reserved (32 GB). Expose hardware assisted virtualization to the guest OS check box selected. Latency Sensitivity option set to High. No Secure Boot. The maximum number of simultaneously running virtual machines set to 12. Please note, these cannot be checked from a debug report or from inside of the VM, as these settings are configured in a hypervisor. Checking VMX file Obtain a .vmx file of the respective sandbox VM. Demo video showing how to locate a .vmx file. Note, that in this video the goal is to modify the .vmx, and we only need to access it for reading, therefore, there is no need to unregister a VM from inventory as done in video. All the following lines in .vmx file must match exactly with the following two exceptions: For sched.cpu.min, the value can be higher than 25200, see formula above. Line uefi.secureBoot.enabled might be absent, which is OK. Correct .vmx settings numvcpus = "15" sched.cpu.units = "mhz" sched.cpu.min = "26400" memSize = "32768" sched.mem.min = "32768" vhv.enable = "TRUE" sched.cpu.latencySensitivity = "high" uefi.secureBoot.enabled = "FALSE" ethernet0.present = "TRUE" ethernet1.present = "TRUE" Checking number of slots In the Sandbox web interface window, select the Administration section. In the Guest virtual machines group of settings, in the Maximum simultaneous VMs field, number of simultaneously running virtual machines must equal 12.

There're only two known errors during KSMG installation. First one: ksmg.celeryd.service failed because a timeout was exceeded Above error means that DNS and/or DHCP servers are not accessible. Please reinstall and make sure that DNS and/or DHCP is configured properly. Second error: with error code=1 and msg=initdb: error: directory "/var/opt/kaspersky/ksmg/postgresql" exists but is not empty if you want to create a new database system, either remove or empty the directory "/var/opt/kaspersky/ksmg/postgresql" or run initdb with an argument other than "/var/opt/kaspersky/ksmg/postgresql" To fix the error just delete created VM and create a new one.
