KESL 12.2 error Inconsistent Update

I've install a Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.2 on a Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. The network agent 15.1 was installed too. I have a KSC 15.1 on Windows. We already But the protection seems to be stopped and the policy that I've created is not appliyng. The thing that called my attention is: "Application license information: Inconsistent udpate" /opt/kaspersky/kesl/bin/kesl-control --app-info Name: Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12.2 for Linux Version: 12.2.0.2412 Policy: Not applied Application license information: Inconsistent update -
I bought two years of Kaspersky Internet Security, I entered the activation code and unfortunately every week I find myself with the update changing the version to Kaspersky standard. How can I prevent this?

ho provato di tutto, anche il ripristino configurazione di sistema era attivo ma risultava non funzionante, rete e volume disattivati windiws update tutto bianco, ho provato tutto e poi disinstallando la vpn doveva funzionare invece nulla

Install KESL Plugin in KSC then create Update Task and Malware Scan task on Linux devices , make sure "Download Updates to Admin Server Repo " is completed after plugin installed and make sure kesl and klnagent services are running and license is activated in the Linux , to check status of kesl run command : kesl-control --app-info -
KES application not getting licensed/activated by Kaspersky Next EDR cloud

I am working with the latest version (as of May26-25) of a trial version of Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum and I used the "send email" function to my device to have it install Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows ver 12.8.0.505 BUT it is not getting activated with a license from Next EDR Optimum. In Next EDR Optimum I created the user and added the users email, then I used "Send Instructions" so the user (me in this case) could install KES. On my Windows 10 Professional machine ver 22H2 that is joined to an Active Directory domain. I receive the email from Next EDR Optimum and click the link which downloads KES Cloud ver 12.8.0.505 from my cloud server (Next EDR Optimum). Then I start the install and it installs the Network Agent, checks connection to administration server (cloud server) and then installs KES cloud ver 12.8.0.505. After a few minutes this device shows up in my cloud server's DEVICES section. Also on the Windows 10 machine's KES it says "Managed by security policy" and also says "Managed by sxxx.cloud.kaspersky.com" BUT in the LICENSE section of KES it says "the application is not activated. To enable the full functionality of the application, active Kaspersky Endpoint Security" and has links to buy a license or activate the application using a new license and in the UPDATE section of KES the "Run Update" button is greyed out. In my trial cloud server's Information Panel/Licenses section it says I am using 1/100 trial licenses and also says "each license covers one desktop, laptop, or file server and two mobile devices" so it should have activated KES Cloud that was installed on my Windows 10 Professional machine. In this Kaspersky KB video "How to connect devices (email) in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud" at 0:33 in the video it says "The Kaspersky Endpoint Security application might not activate during the installation, but it will receive the license as soon as it connects to the server in the cloud", but several hours have passed and the KES Network Agent has connected to my cloud server many times. I even used the Network Agent Klnagchk utility to manually verify connection between the agent and the Next EDR Optimum cloud server/administration server and there were no issues. Can anyone offer suggestions on why this does not seem to be working as advertised? -
Cannot Update AV Database and cannot use VPN

Hello, I cannot update my AV database. I'm from Myanmar and I'm trying the premium trial to see whether its' AV and VPN works properly. I tried with both my home wifi and my data hotspot. It always stopped at 8%. I have attached screeshots. the vpn is also not working, stuck at introduction page. 😞 Operating system: Windows10 V22H2 (OS Build 19045.5854)- 22 replies

Hallo, in 14 Tagen läuft meine Lizenz aus und ich möchte updaten. Wenn ich auf "Verlängern" tippe, werden mir für diese Version 35 € angezeigt. gehe ich auf die Homepage, dann wird dort für 25 € angeboten. So sollte Kaspersky eigentlich nicht mit langjährigen Kunden umgehen. Vorsichtshalber habe ich meine Version zum Laufzeitende gekündigt. Wie soll ich weiter vorgehen, was schlagt Ihr vor?

Check Windows version & OS *build* - make sure they're the latest commercial version & patch & not from Insider, Beta OR Developer streams -> use WINVER in Windows Search OR systeminfo | findstr /B /C:"OS Name" /B /C:"OS Version" in Powershell? *IF possible* create a KPM Backup. *Update* Kaspersky Password Manager to the *latest* version (currently: v25.0.0.501) from -> https://www.kaspersky.com/password-manager#installation. Bonjour @Berny Ca fait 2 ans que je suis avec la Insider sur l'un de mes PCs et aucun problème, K fonctionne très bien Enfin quand je dis "Insider" c'est juste l'enablement package pour avoir la 24h2 26120.xxxx actuellement Et je réinstalle Windows tous les 1 ou 2 mois (à chaque Cumulative Update) Mais je ne suis pas sur le canal Insider et pas de Windows Update Donc je me demande si je dois rester avec "1 licence pour 1 PC" pour ce PC ou si une licence pour 3 PCs serait bon Point de vue activation

Read the guide that discusses the CSV file, it's for Password managers - not Browsers - but there's information there that may be useful: Import data from other password managers. For *Chrome* -> log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*; Support may request logs, traces & other data captured while the problem is replicated -> they will guide you: Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Hallo zusammen, ich spiele derzeit wieder mal Call of Duty MW3. Um das Spielerlebnis zu verbessern nutze ich einen legalen FoV Changer (Field of View), der mein Sichtfeld erweitert (herauszoomt). Dieses Programm hooked sich in das Game ein und modifziert es, indem es wohl einen Wert für eben den FoV ändert. Kaspersky hat, bevor ich den FoV Changer zu den Ausnahmen hinzugefügt habe, regelmäßig mein Game gecrashed (als Info, falles das relevant ist). Jetzt aber crashed mein Spiel, weil Kaspersky irgendwelche Trojaner erkannt haben möchte. Dieser soll sich in der "Update.exe" (siehe Log) befinden. Es gibt in diesem besagten Ordner keine exe, die so heißt. Ich bin völlig planlos. (ein schön von mir formatiertes Log bzw. Bild davon hängt an - ihr braucht drei Bildschirme um alles zu lesen...) Was mir zu diesem Zusammenhang noch einfällt: Ich war vor ein paar Wochen in einer Lobby als plötzlich mein Game mit einer sehr seltsamen, vom Gamedeveloper wohl eincodierte Fehlermeldung, gecrashed ist. Im Anschluss musste ich meinen Rank resetten und alles (Fortschritt, Waffen, Rang etc.) war weg. Im nachhinein habe ich mich in einer anderen Lobby darüber beschwert und es antwortete jemand an, der sagt er könne mir alles wieder zurückgeben (Items, Waffen etc.) und ich solle ein paar Sekunden warten. Dann erscheint "Rank up" auf meinem BIldschirm und siehe da, es ist alles wieder da (ich habe wohl einen full-unlock von einem Fremden bekommen). Das Game ist wohl so dermaßen löchrig, dass jeder etwas mit meinem Game anstellen kann (es ist peer to peer hosted; keine dedizierten Server) und jetzt frage ich mich, ob ich mir darüber irgendwelche Viren, Trojaner, Malware eingefangen habe. Ich habe bereits die Kaspersky Rescue Disk über mein System laufen lassen - nichts. Außerdem habe ich die Game files über Steam verifizieren lassen. "All 453 files successfully validated". Wenn was fehlt, steht da normalerweise noch wieviel heruntergeladen wurde, oder? What does this Windows Sleep Mode disabled mean after app update?

Both my Kaspersky Premium and Standard got updated to the latest version and after update it showing in Changelogs that Windows Sleep mode is delayed until a full scan is complete. Does this mean I can't put Windows to sleep unless I do a full scan? -

Greetings. Yesterday just before going to sleep i was surprised with a strange Pop-up from Kaspersky, it said my antivirus wasn't activated and that my protection was disabled. It was odd since my signature will last until october. A quick look made me realize that after a update, the antivirus just expelled my activation key and downgraded back to Kaspersky Free. I entered my account and had to manually disconnect my computer so i could install once again in the same computer. I'm wondering if this will be a recurring problem, because most of the time I ignore all the annoying pop-ups of Kaspersky, but luckily this time i paid attention since the colors had change from the ones i used to see. PS: Second problem, if you have time: How do i get hid of all the annoying pop-ups that Kaspersky seems to be throwing at me? I know about the configurations inside the program, but i only have the system ones activated, all the others about promotions and news are disabled, but i still get a lot of irritating pop-ups every now and then, even when I'm in fullscreen. I remember Kaspersky being all quiet in the computer back in the day, but now it seems that more and more irrelevant pop-ups are appearing on the screen.- 6 replies

Probably a silly question. I have Kaspersky Plus running on my Windows 7 SP1 machine. Last restart was sometime last week. I restarted it just now (Sat evening) and saw the Windows alert to not unplug the machine because Windows was installing an update. Same when it started, the warning about configuring the update. All updates are turned off in Windows Control Panel, still are after this happened, and have been for a time frame measuring in years, I manually installed a few things as needed to run Kaspersky and Nord VPN, so the only program with permission to do this (and presumably, a reason) to mess with Windows Updates would be Kaspersky, I'm not running any trial modes of other security software. I have very little other software on here, Foxit, VideoLAN and Audacity (only used when offline). Nord has stopped doing its own program updates for W7 as well. Before I uninstall it and dig further, can anyone verify whether this was actually Kaspersky? It seems bizarre. I truly never thought I'd see that screen again on shutdown...

Hi, out of nowhere Kaspersky started showing these Pop-ups at system startup (Windows 11), when I launch a Microsoft office program or from Adobe, I am not opening any website, just Outlook of Photoshop for example. I never seen those pop-ups from Kaspersky before, I havnet done any changes to the system or anything like that, I had Microsoft and Adobe products installed for years along with Kaspersky, so I wonder what is causing it, if its a Kaspersky update, or if I can turn it off or fix it somehow ? -
Hallo zusammen, Heute mal die neue Kaspersky MR21 installiert. Nach dem Geräte Neu start war die Kaspersky verschwunden und tauchte nicht mehr Automatisch auf, weder in der Taskleiste noch im Desktop fehlte Sie. Abhilfe; Kaspersky unter Programmen suchen und anklicken die fragen wo gestellt werden mit Ja oder Nein beantworten und siehe da startet die Kaspersky endlich wieder. Betriebsystem Win11 24H2 (Build 26100.3775) Kaspersky Plus [21.21.7.384.0.15.0] Möglicherweise hilft dass jemanden in gleicher Lage.

EndPoint security with network agent version support

my problem between endpoint security and network agent remote installation / upgrade problem. Through security cloud console to remote update/installation version 12.9 of endpoint security, and that target machines is installed network agent 14.0 or 15.0.xxx version, the result return fail unstill that network agent version update to 15.1.xxx or 15.3 be success install version 12.9 of endpoint security. is it normal behavior ? -

How do you update Kaspersky Netagent from KSC Cloud Console , through remote installation task ..?? It is not really necessary to update Netagent frequently, so I would advise updating it by approving Kaspersky seemless updates rather than pushing updates via remote installation task. -
@giovan Welcome Kaspersky Internet Security is outdated , the update to Kaspersky Standard is an upgrade to the latest improved version. Personally i don’t recommend to apply a workaround.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe heute manuell von der Kaspersky Standard 21.19.7.527 auf die 21.20.8.505 geupdatet, da das automatische Update bei mir ja leider immer wieder Probleme macht. Das Update lief einwandfrei durch. Ich habe mir aber angewöhnt, kurz die Berichte durchzuschauen, ob auch alle "Funktionen" richtig gestartet wurden. Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass schon vor dem Update auf Version 21.19.7.527 die Aufgabe für die "Programmüberwachung" (seit 22.01.) und für "Anti-Banner" (seit 23.01.) keine Logs mehr schreibt. Für letzteres ist es aber komischerweise nur im Standard-Windows-Konto der Fall. Unter dem Admin-Konto werden weiterhin die Log-Einträge gespeichert. Dasselbe Problem gibt / gab es ja auch für den Punkt "Schutz vor Datensammlung". Wenn ich mir aber den Bericht der jeweiligen Aufgaben speichere, sind alle Einträge vorhanden. Es scheint also wieder nur ein Anzeigebug zu sein, an sich funktionieren die verschiedenen Funktionen richtig, oder? Danke im Voraus für die Hilfe. Gruß scope
