I’ve tried all those ways of renewing, the very first one says KASPERSKY LAB | 404 page couldn’t be found...

So the time for my renewal has come, I have 2 devices and the pop-up with the x amount of days left is now showing. the problem is when I try to renew it it wont let me continue or sellect what I want, I log into my kaspersky and try to follow the process, I’ve been through the FAQ but so far nothing has really helped me renew, there are a few guides showing how to renew but nothing… I really just want to renew the subscription, its turning into a hassle doing it.
