[When I open Command prompt, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. ..."]

When I paused protection I can run cmd. I guest the antivirus block to access to avoid a malware. I think it safe. After I use cmd, I resume the protection again.

i have problem with cmd
when i open
it say "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the items."
so, how to fix it
