  1. Ok, so Kaspersky offers zero product support for private users themselves. Kaspersky offers zero option to check if a license dealer is ok. This forum including its “moderators” are zero helpful to find solutions.
  2. I had to renew my license recently (which I already considered an “subscription” since it was time limited to 2 years. After activating it I am somewhat surprised: the new license shows explsictly as “Abo” = subscription, while the old one did not the new license was not appended after thr end date of the current license but started running immediatelyquestion 1) What is the difference between those two things? Do I have to explicitly cancel the new subscription thingy to not have it auto renew? Is there any official dodcumentation for it? question 2) why did it start even if My Kaspersky knows I already have a valid license?

I purchased an Internet Security license via Ebay and the activation code was generated via a webpage called deleted Now I tried to get some product support and the Kaspersky site (for Germany?) only seems to offer support via one of two partners Digital River & Nexway. Kaspesky seems to tell me to contact one of those two to get support. Neither of them sold me the product. So what do I do? Who is my contact?
