I have the same problem on three totally different computers, both with Windows 10 20H2 and KTS 21.2.16.590 patch C. I just removed KTS and installed it again and version 21.3.10.391 came. They must have launched now, because it was not even 5 days ago that it had migrated from KAV to KTS Let's see if it normalizes ....
