  1. This problem happens on how many computers?
    Did you have any version of Kaspersky installed before?

    we have 5 virtual servers in KSC 13.1, (1500 workstation in all) we updated our KES version to 11.7 on all posts as soon as the KES11.7 version is officially downloadable, this is the error message we have recently (sorry for the French language):

    we have version kes11.4 and network agent 12 installed before for all server and WS.

     

    for information, we did not add this version to "package installation", we only have the kes11.7 version (previous versions deleted)
