Hi, yes I signed in using my account when I tried to added the code without signing in. I got an error there are no connection.
Note: the platform is Windows 10
Regarding your second question, its Adguard app
I have a subscription for 3 devices, I already used 2.
Today when I tried to add new device I got this error "Activation error"
I disconnected the device and unistall the software and did it again. But all with same issue.
