[How can I update the malware database manually?]

I have a server running Windows Server and the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud agent is installed on it.

Due to restrictions in an application running there, this server has no Internet connection, so it cannot connect to Kaspersky's servers.

How can I update the malware database manually?

¿There is a template or guide to configure Exchange (and Active Directory) on the best settings for Security?

[Threats widget & report doesn't show any incident]

We're installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security. As we advanced in deployment, several threats are discovered and registered in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud console. 
However, at the end of the day, when we check the Threats' widget it appears empty. Also, when I try to do run or download a full Threats report, it's empty too.
