[New license is shown as Expired in KSC 14]

Dear friends,

    Hi. I have purchased a new license and added it to KSC 14 console. After running "Add Key" on clients, their status becomes Critical and "License expired" is shown. However, it will be corrected automatically after a few minutes. Does it seem normal?

    There is also another way to do that. I just found it based on your reply @ElvinE5. Using appwiz.cpl command in Run, I selected the KSC Web console and then "Change/Uninstall". Afterwards, I selected Modify connection settings. It worked.

Yes you are right. Actually it is not recommended to disable windows updates. However, I want to know if there is such feature in KSC to disable windows updates on clients?

    I have uninstalled Kaspersky Security Center 14 (Administration Server and the Console) and installed KSC 12 in my environment. Do I have to reinstall all Network Agents on all devices? No device is found on the administration server after reinstalling the older version.

[KES is disabled by domain users!]

Hi,

    We are using KES for Windows 11.4 in our company. The network is based on Active Directory. It has turned out that some users log in to Safe Mode and rename the folder “Kaspersky Lab”. Then the user restarts the PC and KES cannot be started. I was thinking that Self-Defense can prevent the modifications even in Safe mode. Is there any solution to this issue?
