It happened again, but the only thing I can think is that I restarted de PC just after installation, so the directives maybe were not synch with the cloud server and at the restart it appeared all devices were blocked. Does it make sense?

After installing KES 11.1.2.63 through KES Cloud email, the PC was very slow, also wifi stop working and fingerprint device as well. Had to restore and reinstall again. Someone with same or similar behaviour? PC is a HP Laptop core i7, 12GB, Windows 10 Home, so lack of resources was not the issue. Moderation Edit : Duplicate Topic merged
