  1. First, I do not know where to check my version Second, in manage application, I changed all TS Utilities as allowed but I still unable to run this apps. Third, this application is from the software dealer, I do not have the URL to send you.
  2. Operating system: Window 10 Pro 64bit Kaspersky Total Security: 21.2.10.391 Nature of my problem: Few Computers in the same network cannot communicate with the device. It is available but is not responding to connection attempts. A firewall or network security policy on the remote computer might be blocking the connection on port “file and print sharing resources”
  3. After installed Kapersky, some computers unable to access my computer. Previously other computers can access to my shared folders. Please let me know what setting I need to do to allow others to access.
