Hot dog, that was it.  Is there anyway to bypass that for when I need to access those things and I'm an hour away?

Still won't let me.  I cant even uninstall Kaspersky.  If I got to add remove programs it shows the kaspersky prompt that says are you sure and I can neither click ok nor cancel.  The only thing I can do is hit the x in the corner to exit the prompts.  It's taken my OS hostage.

Yeah, I'm trying to access the settings in my router.

Whether trying to move forward on a website, or change settings, or pause protection.  Anytime the little prompt pops up asking me to confirm it won't let me click confirm.  It will only let me exit out.
