[Unable to add iPhone device to Kaspersky VPN unlimited]

iPhone 7 - iOS 14.4  - I had the Kaspersky limited VPN on iPhone.  

Problem:  I bring up Kaspersky on the Windows laptop.  It presents a QR code.  I point the iPhone camera at the QR code and select the link.  The link takes me to downloading Kaspersky in the iPhone app but it doesn't download.

I have the Kaspersky unlimited plan loaded on my Windows 10 laptop.  

I have tried to add my iPhone device to the unlimited plan, and it does not work.  I did have a lower level subscription on my iPhone.

What do I need to do to add my iPhone to my unlimited plan?
