how to pause protection and unblock PC Games

I have just installed Total Security 2020. I two games on my “Steam” account Elderscrolls Skyrim SE. I cannot start game. Elderscrollsonline.com game. I can load I did not have this problem with Total Security 2019 Cannot find how to pause protection or create an exclusion. Help please
