I had carry out all thing following your direction. After shutdown and turn on the computer, i still download and install the firefox and use it normally.

I find some brower such as Epic Privacy, ClonBrowser, SeaMonkey, BlueStack

You need to decide, do you wish to keep the pgm, do you trust the pgm? IF “no”, select Delete; IF “yes’, select Add to exclusions. => Yes, I selected Delete already.

Which Windows version & build? => Windows 8 pro What is the age template used for the children? => She is 12 years Does each child have their own log on to the computer? => only one Has the Facebook block ever worked? => It’s worked but sometime still log-in facebook. That why I call this Kid Safe function work in unstable and not confident. Since configuring the Facebook block, has the Sync function been applied? => I don’t understand for this Sync. Hi Kaspersky team, I am using Kaspersky safe Kid and I have set the prohibited use for “facebook.com” but my children still log-in facebook. Pls check attached file. I find that this function of Kaspersky have problem and woking with not confident.
