I Hear about netflix detect certains IPS and block but others VPNS like ………….. has a thousants of IPS to turn around this problem. How long time kaspersky release new ips?

I just can not connect to netflix.com using all of those availables servers of Kaspersky VPN. I paid for use but on second day it is not working.
