I asked tech support about this two days ago and got a response yesterday, all they said was to contact tech support again. I'm beginning to wonder if since I paid for the first month of VPN, is the keycode that is used for Kaspersky anti-virus the samd access code for VPN as well, since they came together? if this is not the case, and I haven't recieved an access code the 7 bucks that i paid for this month is toast, I would really like to get my code.
