[KSC for Linux Instalation]

I have finished the steps, however, I cannot log in to the web interface. The message displayed is: The Administration Server is temporarily unavailable. Please check the Administration Server connection and try to log in again.

All services have been checked with the commands below, and are working normally.

• # systemctl status klnagent_srv.service
• # systemctl status kladminserver_srv.service
• # systemctl status klactprx_srv.service
• # systemctl status klwebsrv_srv.service

I created a new KSC linux server and I need to create a user to access the web console. When I run the command /opt/kaspersky/ksc64/sbin/kladduser -n <user> -p <password>, the following message appears:

Failed to create user 'user'
Error - 1194 ('Call SecurityPolicy.AddUser for the instance '' (listener '') does not exist (any more?)')

Would anyone know how to tell me how I can create the user to log in to the web console?

Subi um novo servidor KSC linux e estou precisando criar um usuario para acessar a console web. Quando rodo o comando /opt/kaspersky/ksc64/sbin/kladduser -n <usuario> -p <senha>, aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Failed to create user 'usuario'
Error - 1194 ('Call SecurityPolicy.AddUser for the instance '' (listener '') does not exist (any more?)')

Alguem saberia me informar como posso criar o usuario para logar na console web?
