  2. Same issue here, it’s been happening for years across more than just the Unifi devices. In older versions of Kaspersky, I could disable Web Anti Virus and then I’d be able to access the device. In the latest versions, it’s worse and I have to completely shut down all Kaspersky services before I can access the device. It simply drops all connections to the Web UI at 192.168.1.1 or whatever IP you are using. Chrome and Firefox report connection reset. As soon as Kaspersky is deactivated they work fine. I’ve spent hundreds of hours trying to get support to do something and have given up. I’ll be moving away from Kaspersky to something that actually respects exclusions setup by the user at the first opportunity.
