HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic download denied question

My situation is a little different from Flood et al. The trojan file appears to be an outlook.exe file (I have Office 365) All scans on my laptop appear clean. So this is not a website to block via browser. I am getting the Kaspersky flags every 20-30 seconds and it is annoying at best and disruptive to online meetings at worst. Help me, Obiwan - you are my only hope.
