Hey Flood Yep that worked! I guess becuase the url is encrypted Kaspersky doesn’t see it as a normal URL? An encrypted connection takes precedence over a URL as far as scanning goes? You rock :-) Thank you!

Hey Flood Thanks for taking the time to reply. yes I have tried Chrome and Firefox and the issue presnts the same. Interestingly when I pause Kaspersky for 3 minutes, log onto the portal, and the pause expires (ie Protection is re-enabled) I can still browse the portal and view arlo devices, profile and do what I need to do. One would expect not to be able to do that. Cheers

Trying to log onto Arlo portal. When I Pause Kaspersky protection I can log on fine and view cameras etc. With kaspersky running when I click log on, nothing happens. I have added my.arlo.com as a trusted URL, and added to managed exclusions for check URL, but still can’t get beyond the logon screen. Any with this issue? Any ideas? Beyond adding the URL to whitelist I’m at a loss. Thanks!
