So I’ve tried downloading the EU version (and other versions too) but the website seems to just show a white blank page when trying to download. The URL I’m downloading from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/free-antivirus-download I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Nothing happens. Help?

That's strange as HS actually promote this feature. Perhaps Kaspersky is the one doing the blocking? https://support.hotspotshield.com/hc/en-us/articles/208626556-Using-torrents-safely-and-anonymously
