KTS blocking Rufus latest and old version

I installed rufus with chocolatey and it works flawlessly. -
It is happening KIS also. When any of the Kaspersky Total Security window is focused, the cursor hangs two seconds or so. I tried reinstalling (even with kavrmvr.exe), but no luck. Product: Kaspersky Total Security 21.1.15.500 OS: Windows 10 2004 19041.450 The video is in the attachment.
