Hello, I just bought Kaspersy Plus suscription for 1 year, and when I try to start it, I get the following error that won't let me open the program (image): ¨The Microsoft .Net Framework could not be initialized. Try Reinstalling it¨

I already tried:
-Download and run Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool
-Install the latest operating system updates
-YouTube solutions for reintall Microsoft .Net Framework
