I have my version 12 backup, created a new VM and installed SQL Server and KSC on the same server. But when trying to restore from the permission failure on the folder. "Error - Specify a UNC path as the destination folder. Both the Administration Server and SQL Server must be granted write permission for the UNC path." Which SQL user is this? How to resolve this error? I put the user "Everone" in the folder "C: \ ProgramData \ KasperskySC \ SC_Backup" in full control and even then the error persists. In the backup task, I changed the location, put full control permission and even error.

The problem was the language itself. I downloaded KES in the same language as the client and managed to update successfully. Thank you very much.

I upgraded from KSC 11 to KSC 12. Next step is to update KES. I created the task but it is failing. Error: Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Fatal error during installation. (Your computer already has another localization of a Kaspersky application installed.
