  1. Hi, please submit traces with description of the issue to technical support via my.kaspersky.com

    How to enable traces: 

    https://support.kaspersky.com/14551

    • enable traces
    • restart PC
    • run a scan to detect the trojan
    • try to Resolve the detected threat (restart PC if needed)
    • stop traces

    Send the tracelogs to support in an archive (to reduce the size of the files)

     

    Of course I installed a new copy of Windows 7 x64, but I kept a copy of the .exe file where the trojan is. I'm looking for a way to get him here for the exams.
