  1. Has anyone experienced an issue of trying to use your own SSL cert when configuring the Kaspersky Webconsole? If we select “use cert from server” it uses a Self signed Cert, with Russia has the country signer. When opening our web console in Chrome, this “SSL cert” is flagged as unsecure. When we created our own cert, and say use that one, the Web console will not load. I reverted back to the self signed server Russia cert and it works once again.
  2. Seen similar issues this week as well, and also excel saying ‘not responding’ creating ticket now.
  3. Just curious if anyone has create a new task to deploy out the latest KES 11.7 Netagent 13.2 via a KSC task and then upon client reboot of their machines received the error “The Application needs to be restored” Run the Setup Wizard to Restore.
  4. Anyone else dealing with a scheduled Virus scan completes successfully on KES MAC 11.1 and 11.0.1 but the status still shows Virus scan not run (yellow flagged). I already submitted this as a ticket in the past, and solution was to re-install Netagent.. Not really a great solution.
  5. How do you find F-Secure as compared to Kaspersky? Are you receiving any slow down complaints from end users now? How Does the price compare? Is it console managed, similar to KSC?
  6. Did you ever get a fix for your issue.. I have seen a few of our internal HTTPS sites being blocked. Tried adding whitelist for them to no avail. Turning off HTTPS monitoring seems to work, but that’s not really a solution.
  7. Thank-you for the feedback. Big Sur 11.2.3 which just came, out seems to have made a slight improvement in length of time a scan took. Also having newer Mac Hardware and SSD drives showed BIG improvements, so we can at least use that to help our units buy better hardware :) Hopefully in future versions, the Mac version will behave as efficiently as the Windows client does.
  8. I have created a ticket for support on this already. Has anyone else been noticing that during a full virus scan on a Mac with KES 11X that the CPU utilization is around 300% under service KAVD in Activity monitor. Also all fans are powering on, making VERY noticeable to the end user, and they are mentioning their machines are slow The scan also takes around 3 hours to complete.
