  1. Ugh, I thought I posted a reply but nothing here. Will add what I have access to now and come back with more later (I didn’t write anything down before). Windows on my child computer is the most up-to-date version as when I was first having issues blocking, I made sure it was updated. I will also add that I tried to block Gmail last week, but it didn’t work either. I don’t have a screenshot this week as my child needs access for a class Browser is Google Chrome, will have to get the version later today Child’s birth year? 2011 KSK Premium Screenshots attached for: A sample Meet link that your daughter is using, despite a KSK rule being applied? A screen print of the KSK BLOCK exclusions applied for the issue? A screen print of the usage of Gmail, even though the computer was blocked, at 3:33am Saturday
  2. Windows 10 version & build, → version 20H2, build 19042.928 KSK version → 1.0.5.1360 A sample Meet link → meet.google.com/kpv-koqi-cpd Which browsers are used → Google Chrome, 90.0.4430.93 A screenprint of the KSK BLOCK exclusions applied for the issue? Child’s birth year? → 2011 KSK Premium What she sees on her computer.
  3. I’ve searched around the Community and haven’t found anyone else with this issue. I have blocked meet.google.com but my child is still able to use it. I also tried blocking her specific Meet link, her friends Meet links, but she is still able to access and video chat. I hope there is a way to do this as if we don’t watch over her shoulder the full 6 hours of school, she’s not listening to the teacher, not completing her assignments, just playing around with friend in the chat. TIA
