[Kaspersky Plus not showing in iobit Uninstaller on Windows 10]

hello Kaspersky. I want to uninstall Kaspersky Plus from my PC. the program is NOT Showing in Control Panel

PLEASE HELP!

hello Again! Kaspersky. i installed BrightVPN from their website the EXE app for Windows 10.0.19044.1889 x64 and it infected my pc. what to do?

 

i think there is a Hacker in my PC because i lost access to A GMail account i created. the Hacker changed the password.

my mom has been Getting Tons of Spam E-Mails over the past 4 Years and there are Tons of Viruses. should i use Kaspersky Rescue Disk? does the Kaspersky Rescue Disk run From USB?
