Are you able to answer any of the questions from our first reply? Please let us know? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 Kaspersky is uninstalled, i am only using windows defender. I've tried to fix it on kaspersky page, idon't have the access to the application control because its premium, i have tried it, i also tried doing specify trusted applications and added skype still didn't work. i run the directx diagnostics tool and no problem was found. i have contacted skype Community and tried their methods. And uninstalled Kaspersky, the problem is not solved. Bluetooth is enabled when its needed usually disabled.
