  1. Hi Team. I send you this message because I have a customer who has installed the Kaspersky Endpoint Cloud and when the installation finish, the product doesn´t update and don´t take the license. The error that appears is the follow: "1259 transport level error connection terminated kaspersky" Could you help me with this error and maybe how can I solve it. I have tested the ports 13000, 14000 and 15000 and are open. Regards

  3. Hello Team I was installed the Kaspersky Optimum 13.2 and when I try to view the incident card, it doesnt function because shows that incident card couldnt be generated. Does someone has the same problem? How can I view the incident cards properly? Greetings
