Thank you for getting back. Yes the Anti theft is working just fine. I tried twice to locate and lock my device after this happened and Kaspersky successfully recorded the two events in the command history. However the event in question happened earlier and is not listed in the command history but my phone did lock unexpectedly by Kaspersky. How could this occur? Thanks again.

Thank you. I understand that. However what I am seeking to understand is why the anti theft lock would just activate on its own? I did not active it...ever. It came on by itself. Malfunction? Cheers!

Thank you! No the phone is no longer locked. I unlocked it after the green “lock screen” activated unexpectedly. Im running the most recent version of Kaspersky mobile antivirus downloaded from the play store. The anti theft functions were turned on at the time this happened however I did not lock the phone and there is no record of the lock event in the “Commands” section of the my Kaspersky web portal.

I recently upgraded to S20 Samsung. My phone locked on its own by Kaspersky without me initiating a lock command. There is no record of the event on the web login. Wondering if this is an issue?
