  1. Trying to install Endpoint Security on a Windows 10 Home computer. Using the distribution exe file that was generated by our Endpoint Security Cloud and has worked on more than 30 workstations. When trying to run the distribution file on this workstation, nothing happens. No installation window or message starts when the file is started. We are running the install file as administrator. Previous Eset antivirus software has been removed and a clean reboot has been done. Suggestions on how to get the installation to start.
  2. Any update to this? Still trying to use the application on the local machine and it is useless because everything is greyed out
  3. Trying to follow your directions (and thanks for responding). I assume you are talking about what I see when I log into the web page. I click on Security Management and I click on Security Profiles, next I select one of the Profiles and I find “Interface” under Windows> Advanced> Attached is what I see. The language of both the local machine as well as the cloud web interface are all English. So I am confused about the suggestion to change the language in the console. Under “Interface” there is no option to let either myself or the local machine use the application on the local machine. It only allows the local user to “Update” or “Run Tasks”. (See attachment) The local user needs to be able to adjust the settings under “Security” and all of those options are greyed out.
  4. The Kaspersky application, that is installed on each workstation as part of the Kaspersky End Point Security Cloud, however it does not let the local user change any of the settings for the local workstation. Clicking on settings for items listed under Security, shows greyed out configuration buttons. I thought maybe there is a setting in the cloud web interface to allow local users to make local changes, but I have not found any such item. I have only found that a password can be set to allow the local user to control virus scans. What needs to be set so that local users can adjust the settings in the Kaspersky End Point Security application on their own workstations?
