I’ve the same DELL Laptop XPS15 9500 and the same problem: After language selection and grafic mode (simple/advanced) the screens go to black, the ventilator is sometimes working, waiting for >10 min, no change, still black screen, no keyboard reaction. Only hard reset works (power button for >10 sec) to get the PC back (boots normal). Some background infos: Windows10/64 (latest update) UEFI capabale USB disk created with RUFUS (as noted in https://support.kaspersky.com/14226#block1) DELL OneTime boot option (F12) started, UEFI USB disk found & selected Kasperky bootscreen shown (high resolution, language selection shown, selected English) 2nd level menu shown afterwards but none of the folliwing selections works => all enter into endless black screen
