When trying to do https://www.telia.fi/kauppa/kodin-netti/tee-nopeustesti speedtest it fails to latency test error. With Kaspersky Total Security 19.0.0.1088 (e) disabled it works. It also fail on speedtest.net -Helsinki Telia. Works again when paused protection. I tried random few others and they work with AV on. I tried to look all options and no oddities there..
