Yes it works when NTP and Firewall are disabled. I opened a support ticket, hope they find a solution quickly. They asked me to collect some traces with Wireshark, Xperf and other tools

Are you by chance connecting though a VPN ? We have a similar problem since a few days : when our home users are connected through OpenVPN (to access work resources), KES not only blocks Teams, but also all network connections on the computer. It happens ONLY if users click on a Teams meeting link in an email when the VPN is connected...
