It Is about 3 days that when we create a ticket for a KSC Bugs ( INC000014359460 , INC000014355976 ) a Home/Office Support engineer will answer and reply :
I'm sorry, I'm an Engineer for Kaspersky Home and Small Office products. It appears you have a corporate product. You can access support for Corporate users at the following link: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2b
There you will be able to send a ticket ro Corporate support.
While that link will redirect us to Create ticket in company account again !
We submit tickets with these options in screenshot . It seems that corporate tickets are redirected yo Home/Office Support engineer.
We send a new ticket with ID INC000014363464 and also report this company account problem at INC000014363452
