Hi, two days ago i opened case ID INC000011134222: I configured an exception for a web server on local network, vcsa.stormgrid.local since it has a self-signed certificate.. Antivirus Application does not react to exception but blocks access to the webpage on 443 regardless. How can i access the webpage without having to disable Kaspersky AV for all webpages? I am running Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 on Windows 10 version 1909. After reporting this, i realize that i cannot access gmail from the PC anymore. The page is "waiting for gc.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com". Now, i still cannot use the product as it blocks my server connections. In addittion to that my webmail is now blocked by the product. Question: Does anyone know if Kaspersky are giving any real support for this product, or should i move to [********] or something else?
