  1. We have been using the Android app for the last 2 years without issue. We upgraded to KES11 on our servers about 6 months a go and then moved KES11 to a different server, but we did not experience any interruption with the mobile version. However sometime this past week we have lost connection to the server on all mobiles as well as their licenses running out even though they were due to run out in 2022. We haven’t changed a single setting (as far as I am aware) and I am struggling to find why nothing is connected anymore. The only thing I can think of is that when we migrated servers that something broke and it took this long for it to appear.
  2. Hi! We had Kaspersky Security Center 11 (Server and Database) installed on a VM server and it was working perfectly. We recently performed a live migration of the VM server to a new HyperV host. Everything is still running fine on the server and KSC is still performing how it should. The issue is my remote console is no longer able to connect to the server meaning everytime I want to check or change something I need to log onto the server. I tried deleting it from the console and re-adding it just incase it was trying to use the old path but I am now unable to connect to it at all. I also reinstalled the console. I have also tried using the full path and the IP of the server to no avail. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks Edit: Forgot to add the error code "General Failure 0x502"
  3. Sorry for the late reply only just got back into work. Yes, was a credential issue caused by user error, after I sorted it out it all worked smoothly. Also found the location of the transfer host task. ALl sorted now thankyou
  4. Also after this is working where do I find the task to transfer the hosts to the new server as I can only find guides for it for KSC10 but I am running the latest version of KSC11 and I can't see the option to create the task on the old server.

Hi, I attempted to transfer ksc 11 admin server + database to a brand new server, I installed the same version of Kaspersky and made a sql database with the same name as the old one and then used klbackup and used the restore function. According to klbackup it all went off without a hitch, No error messages at all, however I can not connect to the server when I open KSC11 Security Center. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks
  6. It was on an SQL express database and it was already full once and we had to use the work around given by Kaspersky support. But it has started working again now so it is all good. Thanks for the help though!
  7. EDIT: It randomly started working after 0 changes on my end. Just ignore this as I can't find a way to delete. I recently tried to upgrade from KSC 10 to KSC 11. It failed because of a mistake on my end. It said it was rolling back to the state it was before but afterwards I was no longer able to connect to the Administration Server, I kept getting an error message. So I decided it would be best is I restored from a backup I made just before the attempted upgrade using the KLbackup tool. It said that it was successful but I am still unable to connect and am getting the exact same error message. Any help would be appriciated Thanks!!
  8. Hi! As I gather to do this migration I need to have the same version installed on the new server as on the old. I cant find where to download it though we still have KSC 10. I can only find downloads for KSC 11 on the Kaspersky download section. So where can I get a download file for KSC 10 or alternitively does my KSC 10 License work on KSC 11. So I could upgrade my KSC 10 to the latest version perform the migration after that. Thanks
