Hi,
same here. The problem started on Friday April 24 between 16:00h and 17:30h CAT (Germany).
We did not get new signatures sice Friday.

Kaspersky Released the patch B for Network Agent to resolve this issue, you can download it from https://support.kaspersky.com/15293
Thanks, we also got this info after long discussion with Kaspersky Support.Unfortunately the still is no full install of Network Agent with Patch B included: Installing Patch B after Network Agent crashed is impossible via Security Center (as the Network Agnet is not reachable).
No idea, how to solve that other than with manual install.

Same here, but since Friday, I get an TLS-error in adddition:
HTTPS-connection could not be established: TLS-error (54).
Might be related to this discussion as well.
