I didn’t like leaving my PC unprotected so I downloaded the app and installed it like in he annual renewal process, Looks OK

I uninstalled both but still get the same message. Is uninstall/reinstall the only option now?

I get notification a product update is available for Total Security. I’m the only user on my desktop on Win10 but the update just show the message “Close running applications to install the update Applications run by other users prevent the installation of updates. Please try again later or ask other users to close the running applications.” but Command prompt shows there’s no other users.
