Is it possible that I manage KSWS10 with KSC11 and Policy’s, or I need use it like stand-alone application?

KES (Endpoint Security) 11.1.1.126

KSC (Security Center) 11.0.0.1131

Guys,

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11, that is managed by Kaspersky Security Center 11.

 

This server is my fileserver, and since I deploy KES11, my users are complaining about files (like xlsx and docx) that takes to long to load.

 

When I open a file which is in a shared folder (with Excel or another Office App), a pop-up appears and take a time to load the file, with a message “downloading”, like image below.

 

I think that what causes this behavior is some feature, but I don’t know. I’m studying KES, and how to configure it, but I need to solve this issue now.

Can anyone help me, please?
