Guys, I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11, that is managed by Kaspersky Security Center 11. This server is my fileserver, and since I deploy KES11, my users are complaining about files (like xlsx and docx) that takes to long to load. When I open a file which is in a shared folder (with Excel or another Office App), a pop-up appears and take a time to load the file, with a message “downloading”, like image below. I think that what causes this behavior is some feature, but I don’t know. I’m studying KES, and how to configure it, but I need to solve this issue now. Can anyone help me, please?
