Kaspersky Safe Kids is installed on device phone and computer of my son, and on my phone for account administration.
Regularly I can not see the activity of my son on the PC, and when the PC is blocked due to the time allocated is exceeded, I add time with my phone, but the PC does not unlock as if there was a lack of synchronization! Any idea ?
