  1. Hello, To analyze this please open a request with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com - we need to look deeper into this. Add to your request a system data collection done with https://support.kaspersky.com/3632 to speed up the analysis.
  2. If the above mentioned steps from Elvin are not helping, than please, open a ticket here. We need to look into this.
  3. System Requirements can be found here: https://support.kaspersky.com/KESMob/10SP4MR3/en-US/102017.htm For an iOS MDM profile, the device must meet the following hardware and software requirements: iOS 10–16 or iPadOS 13–15 Internet connection
  4. Hello, with KES for Linux you need to update first before activating the program. Please run this: kesl-control --start-task update You have to do the update to load the information about the keys, then you can add the key and then you do the update again to load the signatures
  5. Hi Eric, To analyze this please open a request with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com Add to your request a system data collection from one of the servers done with https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
  6. Hello, could be a built-in cardreader. To analyze this please open a request with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com Add to your request the notification and also a system data collection done with https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
  7. Hello and welcome to the forum. Image1 shows that you are using KESCloud. Please check the security profile there and deactivate the usage of local tasks. That should "delete" the additional tasks and only your group task will stay active. Note: I have a PC installed with KES and I only have 1 Update Task in the setting. (image 6) How can these 2 servers have 3 Update Task and hope you guys have any solution. -> That might be because you are using different security profiles with different settings?
  8. How is your case in CompanyAccount going? No help there either?
  9. Hello Nicolae, welcome to the forum. Please PM/DM me the ActivationCode or open an incident in https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com - we will check and send you a keyfile.
  10. Hello, unfortunately there is no chance in downloading the package without an agent. And while you technically can download and install the KES from our support site you won't get an connection to the cloud if you are not using the correct agent. As already written it looks like there is a KSC network agent already installed. You need to remove the network agent before installing the cloud package. If this is not the case then please open a case here: https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com since we need to look at the system itself. Therefor please download and run our GSI tool and upload the resulting zip file to the case upon opening: https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
  11. Sorry for the late reply. Sometimes it is faster to open an incident with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com as this is the "official way". What version of KSC are you using? It looks like an older well-known issue that should be solved in the latest versions. Could you please check if you can upgrade to KSC 13.2 or 14.x? Also, check if you have Kaspersky Security for Windows Server installed on this machine. If so you might have enabled tracing and forgot to disable it. Please see this page to find out how to disable tracing: https://support.kaspersky.com/15618 After doing that, you can try to delete this file.
  12. Hello, please open a case here: https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com We need to take a look at the device properties, so please first use our GSI tool and upload the resulting file to your case, that should speed up the analysis: https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
  13. Yes, you can do this. But you need to make sure that your local network agent is removed before you install the cloud package. You cannot install the cloud package ontop of an already installed network agent from the OnPremise version.
  14. Dear Michael, the "cloud console" refers to either the WebConsole of an KSC or the KSC Cloud Console. These systems are working differently than the KES Cloud you are using. With KES Cloud however you still can do this remotely by removing the devices from your list. That triggers the automatic uninstallation process when the devices are connected: https://support.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-US/138148.htm
Danke 🙂
