  1. Hi,

    I'm running Windows 10 version 22H2 and Kaspersky version 23.0.0.399/202111.  A few weeks ago I noticed that the blocking on my PC was no longer working (it still works on my Android).  I tried turning the safe monitoring off and on again and it didn't fix the problem.  I decided to uninstall Kaspersky and reinstall it.  Now when I'm setting it up and I choose to turn on safe monitoring and I click next, I get a screen saying "Preparing your children's accounts..." and after awhile it says it's taking too long and I have the option to continue or cancel.  I tried rebooting my PC and it didn't help.  It just hangs on this screen and I can't get past it.  Any help would be appreciated.
